Phil and Lisa Crosby

Senior Pastors and lead the Senior Leadership Team - Phil and Lisa planted the Church in June 2019. Visionaries and pioneers, they have a passion to equip and release others into their God given plans and purpose.

Tabby Evans-Hanna

Associate Pastor and part of the Senior Leadership Team - Tabby oversees Youth and supports Phil and Lisa with operational direction for the Church.

Jas Lightfoot

Worship Pastor - Jas has oversight and pastoral care for our worship leaders and worship teams.

Ron and Lynn Smith

Prayer Pastors - Ron and Lynn have responsibility for overseeing prayer within the Church. They lead our intercessionary prayer so that everyday, people in the Church are praying for our leadership team, the Church and wider events in the town, our country and the world.

Charlotte Hoggett

Intern Pastor - Charlotte overseas our community facing spaces, Tippy Toes, Growbaby, Room 9 and is studying at the Vineyard leadership college. She has a passion for seeing people heal and thrive and is embarking on a new project within Church ministry.

Elis Teixeira

Assistant Pastor - Elis overseas our growing international community and their pastoral care.

Trevor Birtle

Assistant Pastor - Trevor has the responsibility of pastoral care and training the Church in the ‘All’ of pastoral care.

Jonny Hoggett

Vineyard Café Operations Lead - Jonny has responsibility for Vineyard Café, part of our compassion ministry. He oversees the day to day running and the team of volunteers who serve our town.
