Welcome to the support center for our church's digital tools. We currently offer two dedicated applications to help our community stay connected and our ministry run smoothly.

  • Church App: For congregants, newcomers, and the wider community to stay connected with life at the church.

  • Operations App: For staff, trustees, and volunteers to manage rotas, facilities, finances, and ministry tasks.

Quick Fixes (Troubleshooting)

For Both Applications:

  • "I'm not receiving notifications": Check your phone’s system settings to ensure you have allowed notifications for the specific app. Inside the app, go to your Profile > Notification Preferences to ensure the relevant toggles are turned on.

  • "The app feels slow or stuck": Force-close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, please check your App Store/Play Store to ensure you are running the latest version.

Church App (Community & Events):

  • "I’m having trouble logging in": Ensure you are using the email address currently registered with our church database. If you have recently changed your email, please contact us for a profile update.

  • "I can't see certain events or groups": Some events may be age-restricted or for specific teams. If you believe you should have access, please reach out so we can check your profile settings.

Operations App (Staff & Volunteers Only):

  • "I can't upload photos or receipts": Check your phone’s Privacy Settings to ensure you have granted the app permission to access your Camera and Photo Library.

  • "I can't see the Pastoral/Finance tabs": Access to these areas is strictly role-based. If you believe you should have access to a specific department or vault, please contact the Operations Team to request a role update.

Reporting a Bug or Suggesting a Feature

We are constantly improving our digital tools to better serve the church. If you encounter a bug or have a suggestion, please let us know.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  1. Which App: (State "Church App" or "Operations App" in your subject line).

  2. The Issue: A brief description of what went wrong.

  3. Your Details: The email address associated with your account.

  4. Evidence: A screenshot of the error, if possible.

Security & Privacy

We take the stewardship of your data seriously.

  • Church App: Designed to help our community grow. We use your data to keep you connected to events and church life. Your privacy is paramount, and you can manage your data visibility settings within your profile.

  • Operations App: Contains sensitive operational and pastoral information.

    • Access is restricted: This app is for the exclusive use of verified church staff and volunteers.

    • Data Security: All interaction logs and financial data are protected by strict role-based access.

    • Support Requests: Please do not send sensitive personal or pastoral details via email when requesting support. If you have an urgent pastoral concern that needs to be escalated, please contact the Pastoral Lead directly.
